In compliance with the privacy policies of external platforms like Facebook (Meta), we provide users with full control over their data, allowing it to be permanently deleted from our servers if they wish to disconnect the application.
Go to your personal Facebook account, then navigate to 'Settings & Privacy' and click 'Settings'.
From the side menu, look for and select the 'Apps and Websites' section.
Find the Aiser application in the list and click the 'Remove' button.
Check the box to 'Delete activities and data' and click confirm. This sends an automatic notification to our servers to delete your data.
Once the steps are completed or you contact us, our system will immediately and permanently delete all data retrieved from your account (such as name, email, profile picture, and any granted permissions) without retaining any backups.
If you experience any issues deleting the app via Facebook, you can contact our technical support team directly to request immediate and strict data deletion.
